I know many of the full-time bloggers make over $20,000 per month and only work 10-30 hours per week. It's worth noting that this is a very small sample. Many bloggers around the world make over $1 million per year and work less than 10 hours per week!

The amount of money you can earn does not depend on the amount of traffic you get to your website and mailing list, like the following data.

Basically, how much money you can make depends largely on the blog's Niche. For example, if you blog about old books, then it is possible to profit from selling books, but not to make a lot of money, unless of course you post (and sell) expensive, pay-per-show book ads. Your blog is more than just a personal blog, it's an online business, and the big difference between a million dollar and amateur blogger is that the former sees blogging as a platform - persistently testing (and then expanding) ways to make money, and making money in a variety of ways. There are more ways you can monetize your website content and your own brand, and over time, you can grow your blog into a truly profitable business and live in a desirable way.

In addition, if you publish too much paid content, search engines may also blacklist your site, which is definitely the worst possible consequence.
You also have to be careful about how often you publish sponsored content.
