- Unsatisfactory customer support
Unfortunately, JustHost's customer support is not extremely responsive and it took us about 10 minutes to establish a connection with them. And, most of the answers they provided were simply links to FAQs on the page!

JustHost looks cheap at only $3.95 per month. but please note that if you want to lock in this great price, then you need to pay for three years. Otherwise, the shorter period will use the higher price of.
To make matters worse, when your hosting plan expires, the renewal price will go up again.
- Weekly backups are not guaranteed
JustHost offers weekly backups, which are not as good as some other competitors' daytime or nighttime backups, but still not bad. If there is an emergency, at least you have a copy every week.
However, while technically offered, they do not offer a commitment to weekly backups. Obviously, you can't leave the security and future of your website in the hands of such uninspiring statements, and just in case, you may need another backup plan.
